What insurance do you accept?+
We accept most PPO plans including Aetna, Cigna, Florida Blue, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, and Medicare. Visit our Insurance page for the latest list.
How do I become a new patient?+
Simply book online — it takes about a minute. You'll fill out intake forms before your visit so we can dive right in. New patient visits are 45 minutes.
What is the cancellation policy?+
We ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a $50 fee. You can cancel or reschedule through the patient portal.
Do you offer same-day appointments?+
Yes — most weekday requests made before 2pm are seen the same day. Saturdays are telehealth-only from 9am to 1pm.
Is my information secure?+
Absolutely. We are fully HIPAA-compliant with encrypted patient records, secure video visits, and a protected patient portal for all health communications.
Do you provide care in Spanish?+
Yes — Radhaimilda Cuevas Matos, FNP is bilingual and provides care in both English and Spanish.
Can I get a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement?+
Yes — if your insurance is out of network, we provide itemized superbills in your patient portal so you can seek reimbursement from your insurer.

Primary Care
Do you take my insurance?+

How long is a new-patient visit?+
45 minutes. Plenty of time to go through history, labs, and a care plan that actually fits your life.
Can I get prescriptions refilled?+
Yes — refill requests through the patient portal are reviewed the same day.
IV Therapy
Is IV therapy safe?+
All infusions are prepared from pharmacy-grade ingredients and administered by Radhaimilda in clinic after a brief medical screening.
How long does an infusion take?+
Most drips take 30–45 minutes. NAD+ infusions are longer (60–90 min).
Can I combine drips?+
Yes — we'll tailor combinations during your consult. Common pairings: Myers' + Glutathione for skin & energy.
Medical Weight Loss
Do I need a referral?+
No referral required. We'll order baseline labs, review your goals, and — if appropriate — prescribe GLP-1 therapy (semaglutide or tirzepatide).
What's included in the monthly program?+
Medication (via our partner pharmacy), monthly NP visits, nutrition coaching, progress tracking, and 24/7 portal messaging.
Is this covered by insurance?+
Some plans cover GLP-1 medications for qualifying BMI/A1c. We'll check your benefits and provide superbills for reimbursement if needed.
Telehealth
Where can I be seen?+
You must be physically located in Florida at the time of the visit. Virtual visits are secured by end-to-end encrypted video.
What can telehealth handle?+
Sick visits, refills, lab reviews, mental-health check-ins, school/work notes, and many follow-ups. We'll tell you if an in-person visit is needed.
How soon can I be seen?+
