Where can I be seen?+
You must be physically located in Florida at the time of the visit. Virtual visits are secured by end-to-end encrypted video.
What can telehealth handle?+
Sick visits, refills, lab reviews, mental-health check-ins, school/work notes, and many follow-ups. We'll tell you if an in-person visit is needed.
How soon can I be seen?+
Most weekday requests made before 2pm are seen the same day. Saturdays are telehealth-only (9am–1pm).
